I want to show this video about University to someone who doesnt have internet on their PC.I want to download this video,convert it and transfer to some portable video player device.I just want to know how to download this video and convert it.Please help!

This looks like a FLV file, just play it and after it is finished, note what time it is.
Then click Start, All Programs, Accessories, Command Prompt
and a black-background windows will appear.
then type
dir *.flv /s/a-d
and press Enter. A list of FLV files will appear, look for a file that has about the same time as when it finished playing.
That is the file you want.
To play it, go to Yahoo Search and use this phrase :
