They are all too big and too expensive. For a first kit all you need are two pairs of forceps, large and small, scissors, large and fine, a scalpel handle with assorted surgical blades and a probe or two, all in a small tool roll. You might want to add a small artery forceps, which I find useful round the house anyway, and a magnifying glass.
