My son stuck something in his nose and Dr. can't get it out! ??
He tried, but it kept breaking apart, so he only got a little out. It was a Christmas decoration-a gel cling. They pull apart very easily. I felt so bad for my son, he cried the whole time the dr tried to remove it. Now, we have to go to an ENT dr. Has anyone had anything removed from their nose before? It looked very scary the way the dr was holding my son's nose wide open with a tool and inserting a long tweezer like instrument. I had to close my eyes and almost started crying too. Now, we need to go through it all again tomorrow. Can anyone help me settle down? I swear I feel more traumatized than my son does.
I know it's hard but you have to stay strong he looks to you to be his rock. If he see's you cry then he will know something is wrong as much as you want to cry stay calm. Be reassuring talk to him during this procedure I have to say if he's going to ENT then this will be a good thing the things that will use may look freightning to you but again be strong you his rock and if you lose it then guess what he will do.
